Children's Literature with Language, Literacy, & Sociocultural Studies

Yoo Kyung Sung's Children's Literature

Children's literature to think about language, literacy, and sociocultural studies. I explore children's literature with issues of cultural authenticity, cosmopolitanism ,multiculturalism, interculturalism, postcoloniality, cultural studies, orientialism, and imagology for critical content analysis. My approach to children's literature is genre-driven, readers response- centered, and inquiry-based projects on sociocultural issues in children's literature.
