What is a literature review?

University Libraries hosts online workshops on literature reviews. Sessions serve to familiarize students with literature reviews: what they are, how to find them and how to find and organize resources (and thinking) when writing them. 

In these workshops, you will learn:

• the purpose of literature reviews
• how to identify literature reviews
• strategies for finding sources for literature reviews
• how to organize sources when writing a literature review
