You are encouraged to make an appointment to see specific documents in the various collections. Monday-Friday, 9A-5P are the most likely times to find a librarian that will be able to assist you. However, you may also visit anytime Zimmerman Library is open. If you have specific documents you wish to review during a time when a Librarian may not be available phoning ahead with your document requests will help expedite the retrieval of your request.
