Inside Higher Ed has released its annual student voice survey, offering key insights into the experiences and needs of online college students. This year’s findings emphasize the critical role of belonging, as well as the relevance of course content and assessment in supporting online learner success.
Dr. Stephanie Moore, Associate Professor in the Organization, Information & Learning Sciences (OILS) program at the University of New Mexico, was interviewed by Inside Higher Ed and contributed to the analysis of the report. Drawing from her extensive research and experience in online education, Dr. Moore helped interpret the survey data and shed light on how institutions can better design and support virtual learning environments.
