These lesson plans were developed by Joaquin Martinez who has a background in Cultural Analysis and teaches AP Psychology and History at The Academy for Technology and the Classics in Santa Fe, New Mexico. These lessons plans were created as a compliment to the George Orwell Exhibit and meant to introduce High School and Middle school students not only to the work of George Orwell, but to archival collections at the University of New Mexico. This was made possible in part by a grant from Dollars4Schools.
