Performance Review Timeline

· November - Employee begins self-assessment. 

· December - Employee completes self-assessment.

· January - Supervisor begins completing performance review form(s) and schedules review meetings with individual employees.

· February - Supervisor completes review process and submits signed forms to the UL Human Resources Administrator.

· March 1st - All performance reviews are due to HR by 5:00 pm. 


Please note: This fall, LSOC in conjunction with UL&LS HR will be offering helpful tips and workshops in November to better assist UL&LS employees with the performance review process. Additional information is forthcoming.  


UNM Required Training 2017

The UNM annual Required Training can be found here:

UNM has required all employees to complete a new, third module this year, EOD 481-17 Active Shooter on Campus: Run, Hide, Fight – 2017. The deadline to complete all three modules has moved up to December 1. Get started early this year!


Library Leaders for Success – Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 Cohort groups

The College of University Libraries and Learning Sciences (CULLS) is offering a new leadership development program. This program is called Library Leaders for Success. The program is intended to build stronger leaders and to provide an opportunity to develop a common language of leadership, be able to build relationships in order to support each other, and provide professional development opportunities.  Overall, the program provides structured learning, flexibility, and customized components to support individualized goals for participants. The Fall cohort group started the program on August 11, 2017.
