Searching the Online Catalog

Searching the online catalog will find books in all four UL branches. Formats include print and ebooks.

Searching tips:

  • Start with a basic keyword search. When you find a title that fits with your topic, take a close look at the "Subject Terms" to narrow your search.
  • Use "quotation marks" to limit your search to a specific phrase - "Jicarilla Apache"
  • Use "Refine Results" to limit to type of source, library, date, etc.
  • Add items to your folder and then print, email, save, or export your saved items.
  • Need help citing? Use Cite button or select your "Citation Format" before you print, email, save, or export.
