In the event library materials are not returned in a timely manner, they will be billed to the borrower's account and library privileges will be suspended. This guide covers all the possible ways to handle the situation and clear the account.
Replacement books can be mailed directly to the Access Services Billing Team Members. Choose the appropriate member for the branch for which the book belongs. The address is:

Locating the ISBN from your account
1. Begin on the library home page. There should be 4 red squares on the right side of the page under the hours.
Select the link for Renew my books.
2. That will take you to the sign-in page.
UNM affiliated users will use their Banner ID. Community borrowers will use the number on the back of their card. It begins with D44.
3. Once signed in, you will see a list of books checked out to you, click on the the title of the book.
4. This will bring up that record, click the arrow button to expand the description section.
