The Land of Enchantment abounds in fascinating places. Five interactive maps allow you to explore many of these spots. We have created five maps around the following themes: Camino Real, which provides details about places and events along the highway from El Paso del Norte to Taos Pueblo; Communities, which focuses on settlements large and small throughout the state; Land Grants, which shows the location of land grants all over New Mexico and links to their histories; Literary Places, which explores the places were famous authors lived or wrote about; and Counties, which provides locations and histories of the state counties from their formation to the present day.
