Welcome!

Hello! My name is Susan Awe and if you are a student in the ASM or Economics Department, with a concentration on Latin America, contact me for help!

This guide is designed to help get you started with your library research. Click on the "I need to find..." tab to find journals, books, or newspapers. There are style manuals and statistical resources listed under their tabs.

If you would like to meet with me, please send me an email - include times that are good for you to meet.

Good luck this semester; I look forward to working with you!

What do we mean by DILARES?

Latin American Business and Economics is part of the Division of Iberian and Latin American Resources and Services (DILARES). DILARES collections serve as one of the major repositories of Latin American resources in the United States. They contain an estimated 415,000 monographic volumes (including some 27,000 rare books and other scarce imprints housed in Special Collections), 1,100 current serial subscriptions, more than half a million microform units, 13,500 posters, 4,500 photographs, approximately 310 cubic feet of manuscript material, and a significant array of electronic resources. These holdings cover all of the social sciences, humanities, and fine arts as well as several professional fields.
